The children of fallen Shadow Warriors deserve the future in which they and their parents believed. That’s why Spookstock Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, works to preserve their memory by providing aid to their children.
So every year, we throw on our favorite t-shirt and jeans and turn up the volume, because respect is meant to be heard. Gratitude is meant to be loud. And the children of our fallen heroes can have the future in which they and their parents believed; a future of hope; a future that rocks.

PARTY LIKE A SPY:
Spookstock is intel world’s hush-hush bash
WASHINGTON (AP) — Sometime earlier this year, one of the most elite social events in Washington took place, but without any fanfare or news coverage.
It drew about 1,800 attendees and Grammy-winning rocker Lenny Kravitz performed. Yet there were no written invitations, and the actual date and location were carefully guarded secrets.
The annual charitable event is mischievously known as Spookstock. While many Washington insiders, let alone the public, haven’t heard of it, the gala has become a centerpiece for the capital region’s tight-knit intelligence and military special operations communities.
The Special Operations Warrior Foundation has been honored to have the enduring support of the Spookstock organization since 2012. Spookstock has allowed the Foundation to continue in its mission of honoring the sacrifices of our Special Operations Forces and their families.
Spookstock’s generosity has been instrumental for SOWF to provide full financial assistance for the surviving children of Fallen Special Operators, as well as funding for pre-school, in-home tutors for children ages five through college graduation, educational counseling, college visits, college preparatory courses, ACT and SAT preparatory courses, and funding for internships and mentoring programs. Additionally, their support is instrumental in providing financial assistance to severely wounded Special Operators.
Spookstock has become such an integral part of the SOWF Family and has provided so many our students with memorable and lifelong experiences. On behalf of the Board of Directors and Special Operations Warrior Foundation, we thank you for your extreme generosity and support in helping us fulfill our mission.
For the past seven years, the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation has benefited in significant ways from a very close and supportive relationship with the Spookstock organization.
The Foundation is very proud and grateful for that association which enables it to provide scholarships and other forms of financial support to the families of CIA officers who have lost their lives in service to their country.
The Foundation holds to very high standards as a non-profit organization because of its unique mission and the clientele it supports. It is therefore important that those who assist us possess nothing but the highest standards of reputation, integrity and dedication.
Spookstock means all of that to us and more. We are honored to be so closely associated with Spookstock which contributes outstanding support to the CIA families we represent year after year.
